There’s a small building on campus called The Little Chapel of silence that’s open 24 hours. I guess it’s not a building, but a chapel - and being open all the time is kind of there deal. It’s pretty and small and makes me wish I liked god or being alone more.

My friend goes there to hook up with her boyfriend when there roommates aren’t out; I go there to half-heartedly smoke cigarettes (asthma) and kneel because I think it would be cinematic. Sometimes I steal pieces of paper from the prayer box. God would probably appreciate it more if I were just using it to fuck.
